How it works

From checkout to fulfillment

Checkout works like a normal storefront except payment is completed from the instructions emailed immediately after submission.

    Place your order

    Choose products, shipping or eligible pickup, review the current research agreement, and submit at the displayed price.

    Pay from the email

    Your itemized confirmation includes the total, current cutoff, payment options, and wallet-safety instructions. You do not need to wait for a separate price confirmation.

  3. 3

    Payment is verified

    Automated matching handles many Venmo payments. If you use another method or split a payment, SRQ can verify it manually. A payment-received email confirms the result.

  4. 4

    The vendor batch closes

    Paid orders received before the live countdown expires enter the next scheduled batch. Payments received after the cutoff move to the following batch.

  5. 5

    We receive and sort

    Allow approximately three weeks after the cutoff for vendor transit, customs, sorting, labeling, and fulfillment. Delays outside SRQ’s control can extend this estimate.

  6. 6

    Shipping or pickup

    Shipping customers receive tracking when available. Eligible pickup customers receive a ready-for-pickup message.

  1. Enter only your first name in the payment note.
  2. Do not mention peptides, SRQ, any product, or any order details.
  3. Do not enable purchase protection or mark the payment as a purchase.

A protected payment will be refunded, the order cancelled, and you will be blocked from future orders.

Solana-network tokens receive 10% off merchandise; other accepted cryptocurrency receives 5% off merchandise. Shipping is not discounted, and crypto pricing does not stack with SCFD, featured, or group-buy pricing.

Verify the full address and network before sending, cover all transfer fees, and reply to the order email with the transaction ID. Transfers are irreversible; funds sent to the wrong address or network cannot be recovered.

Payment controls your batch placement

Submitting an order does not place it in the vendor batch. Payment must be received and verified before the live cutoff. If payment is not verified in time, the order is not included and moves to the following scheduled batch.

Policies and independent testing

No refund is available after an order is placed with the vendor. If a shipment is seized by customs, one reshipment attempt is made; a second seizure ends the reship policy. SRQ does not test or independently verify products.
