How ordering from Sarasota Peptides works.
How It Works
We batch orders and place them with vendors on a rolling basis. For shipped orders, the safest expectation is about 4 weeks, though some arrive faster and some take longer depending on vendor processing, export timing, customs, and carrier delays.
1. Place your order
Your order is collected and grouped with others.
2. Batch is placed with vendor
When the batch is ready, we place the order with our vendor.
3. Vendor processes & ships
We share updates when available, but timing can move around based on outside factors.
4. You receive your order
Via shipping or local pickup (if available for your account).
No specific ship dates are guaranteed. Some orders have landed in as little as 7 days, but that is not consistent. Please plan on about 4 weeks, and understand that customs, regulations, vendor delays, or carrier issues can push timing beyond that. No refunds after the order is placed with the vendor. One reshipment if customs seizes.

How Group Buys Work
Because orders are consolidated internationally, lead time is longer than standard orders.
Lead Time
Group buy orders typically take 4–6+ weeks due to international consolidation and are often less predictable than standard orders.
COA (Certificate of Analysis) Policy
Standard orders do not include a COA by default.
If your research requires a COA or third-party test document, request it at checkout or before payment. Availability depends on the product and supplier, and added cost may apply.
Unless specifically requested, products are supplied without independent indication of purity or identity, and researchers should arrange their own testing before use in any research setting.
Shipping
Shipping cost: Starting at $7+ depending on order size and method. Confirmed before payment.
Local pickup: Available in Sarasota, FL for eligible accounts.
Tracking: Provided when available from the vendor.
Timing: Treat about 4 weeks as the normal expectation. Some orders arrive faster, sometimes in as little as 7 days, but timing is inconsistent and can exceed 4 weeks.
Refunds & Customs
No refunds once the order is placed with the vendor.
Customs seizure: One (1) reshipment attempt at no additional cost. If the second shipment is also seized, no third attempt will be made.
